Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus launched in India: Updated SUV with 9-seater option with new exterior design, price starts at ₹ 11.39 lakh

Indian car maker Mahindra & Mahindra has launched its most popular SUV Bolero Neo Plus in the Indian market. The new version of the SUV has been introduced in a 9 seater layout, while the Bolero Neo comes in a 7 seater configuration.
Bolero Neo Plus has been launched in two variants – P4 and P10, while the regular Bolero Neo comes in three variants. Neo Plus price starts at Rs 11.39 lakh (ex-showroom). Compared to 7 seater Neo, Neo Plus is costlier by Rs 1.49 lakh.
Booking of the SUV has been started. Customers can book it online or by visiting their nearest dealership, with deliveries expected to start soon. The SUV does not compete directly with any other car, but it will be available as an affordable alternative to the Mahindra Scorpio Classic and Scorpio N.

Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus: Exterior Updates
Talking about the design of Bolero Neo Plus, it has been introduced with some cosmetic changes in the look of 7 seater Bolero Neo. Mahindra's new 'Twin Peak logo' and a new design grille with chrome slats have been given in its front. Its bumper has also been updated, where a mesh pattern is visible for the air dam and fog lamps are installed on both its corners.
When seen from the side, the new SUV looks longer than the Bolero Neo and it also has new 5 spoke alloy wheels. The design difference between the two cars is visible at the rear. Here, compared to Bolero Neo, Neo Plus is seen to be round in shape and its rear bumper is also different. Like Bolero Neo, it also has a tailgate mounted spare wheel. The car will be available in three color options – Majestic Silver, Diamond White and Napoli Black.
Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus: Performance
Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus car has a 2.2-litre diesel engine (120 PS/280 Nm) mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The choice of automatic gearbox or 4-wheel-drive (4WD) setup is not given in this family-focused SUV. It is a rear-wheel-drive (RWD) SUV car.
